Need more service people this dealership has very curtious employees but there are never enough of them. My service advisor has been Dave and there are always multiple people this dealership has very curtious employees but there are never enough of them. My service advisor has been Dave and there are always multiple people waiting for him. He does a wonderful job of addressing everyone when they come up to him and helping with their needs; however when I was there last to get a tire check it took an hour and a half. I had to wait till Dave finished with other customers at his desk just to inquire about the progress of the car. I had to leave without getting my car washed because of how long I waited and had to return to my office for a meeting. Dave is always friendly and effeocent With his time but he always has multiple customers waiting to get help. More

Exceptional Service I called Mike Nankovitch, my Service Advisor, on Wed, Jul 6th, he was able to schedule my repair for the following day. I brought my car in about 10A I called Mike Nankovitch, my Service Advisor, on Wed, Jul 6th, he was able to schedule my repair for the following day. I brought my car in about 10AM, was promptly greeted and discussed my repair with Mike. He was able to get my car in and repaired, washed and back to me by Noon. I hardly had time to enjoy the Cafe. That is an example of great customer care. He has been a dependable and courteous advisor for me for several years. I know he is a reflection of the quality of the entire service team. More
