Great experience Dave Z is always pleasant and efficient. He takes very good care of me and my cars. This time I just needed a headlight bulb replaced. My wife's new Mercedes S-550 was not recognizing her telephone and could not connect for the phone or Bluetooth so the vehicle was in the shop for a My wife's new Mercedes S-550 was not recognizing her telephone and could not connect for the phone or Bluetooth so the vehicle was in the shop for a few weeks. The service department switched out various components before finally fixing the issue. Everyone from the original saleman(Cody) to the GM was watching to make sure the repair was completed to our satisfaction since the vehicle was new. Although my wife was provided with a loaner vehicle, because of the delay in completing the repair the dealership not only apologized but also graciously gave my wife a gift for her inconvenience. The service representative Dustin was helpful and did a great job. .Can't say enough great things about this dealership. It is the best of the best! More

A pleasure to deal with I don't like the hassle that goes with getting my car serviced. That said, the people and the experience at Mercedes Benz of Tampa has almost become s I don't like the hassle that goes with getting my car serviced. That said, the people and the experience at Mercedes Benz of Tampa has almost become something I look forward to. I schedule an appointment when I want it. They greet me and go over what they are going to do and estimate the amount of time they need. They have given me loaner cars and /or offered me rides to my office or the airport depending on my needs. My car gets serviced and they stay in contact with me and I am notified when it is available for pick up. I can be fully serviced on the drop off and pick up and actually spend less than 10 minutes at the dealership. Ellen, my client service associate, knows I prefer to get in and out as quick as possible. . That's why I say "a pleasure to do deal with." More
