The technician looked at the tire and noted it was worn unevenly and suspected the alignment was off. He pointed out the opposite side rear tire had similar wear pattern. I did not have an appointment but he arranged for a loaner car and got me on my way to work in less than 20 minutes. My car was ready with two new rear tires and re-aligned by eleven am. More

Great experience I bought many cars before from different location thru united state and it takes forever to finish the paper work and singing the contract till my las I bought many cars before from different location thru united state and it takes forever to finish the paper work and singing the contract till my last experience with MB of Tampa I travel from Boca Raton to Tampa to get my new MB E 300 the paper work was ready for my to sign ,the car was ready for delivery thanks to my sales person MARK SHEET he was great to deal with and the finance manager ADIL ZIDOUHIA ,the paper work was ready to sign and we was done in 20 minutes thanks again to MARK,and ADIL I will recommend this dealership to any body was great experience . However, when I initially came in for my appointment, I was not greeted or extended the courtesy I have come to expect. Fortunately, Bob, jumped in and turned the day and my commitment to Mercedes remained intact due to his commitment to customer service. More
