I now own a beautiful new car We received an offer to upgrade our 2014 GLK to a new GLC. The salesman, John Creighton, asked us exactly what we wanted and he found an exact match. We received an offer to upgrade our 2014 GLK to a new GLC. The salesman, John Creighton, asked us exactly what we wanted and he found an exact match. We were thrilled to find a beautiful metallic red with no sun roof and just the added items we wanted. They gave us a great deal on my old car and we accepted the offer. Everyone we met during the process of selling one car and buying another was extremely courteous and professional. It was the fastest process in all our years of buying cars. It was our first car at this dealership but it will not be our last. More

There was zero pressure to buy and everyone was very kind and professional. My sales person Antonio Ciraco was the reason I bought there instead of at a dealership closer to my home. He was knowledgable of the car and the buying process. Anything he didn't know (he was new) he apologized for and promptly found the correct answer. Angelo Panico in Finance was professional and funny. He made what's usually the painful part of buying a car enjoyable. When my wife's current lease is up, we will definitely go back to see Antonio at Mercedes Benz of Tampa to purchase her next car! More
