My service provider is awesome! Darrell, my service provider went above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service for me when I truly needed it the most. I was at a busine Darrell, my service provider went above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service for me when I truly needed it the most. I was at a business meeting and after it was over, I went to my car and it wouldn't start. I called Mercedes Roadside Assistance and the technician came to my rescue within a reasonable amount of time. He tried to troubleshoot all of the possible problems and none of them seemed to get my car started. He also drove me to my home to get my other key fob because my car wasn't recognizing my key. He told me a tow truck would be needed to get my vehicle to Mercedes Benz of Tampa. The first estimate for the tow truck to arrive at my destination was 90 minutes. The dealership was less than 5 miles away. After waiting over 3 hours for Roadside Assistance, my car arrived at Mercedes. It was at the end of the business day and Darrell was great in getting a loaner car can for me as soon as possible so I could finally get to my appointment in Orlando. By the time I arrived at Mercedes, Darrell had left for the day, but Bob knew about my situation and had me on my way in no time flat. I was really disappointed with the wait time it took for the tow truck to arrive. Roadside Assistance was great in following up to see if it arrived but I was very discouraged with the promises of the towing service arrival. 90 minutes turned into 3 hours. For Mercedes Benz, this is unexceptionable. More
