A very unpleasant experience and will never go to that dealership ever again. The sale rep was decent but the finance manager named was very unprofessional. They tried to pull a fast one. Very bad experience. I had a flat tire and checked with the service advisor to ensure my tire was in stock. Set up an appointment and came in on time next day. I was told loaners were not given out for a the service advisor to ensure my tire was in stock. Set up an appointment and came in on time next day. I was told loaners were not given out for a tire fix, but the repair would take an hour. I waited for two hours at the dealership only to be told that they did not have the tire in stock (I had expressly confirmed the tire was in stock the day before). There was a brief apology but no offers of additional service or assistance. I don’t think that the mistake defines you, but what happens after a mistake is made defines the quality of service, in this case it was absolutely nothing. More
