2014 sprinter check engine light Took 2014 sprinter in with check engine light on and running sluggish they took all day to find a years old tech memo telling them that aftermarket au Took 2014 sprinter in with check engine light on and running sluggish they took all day to find a years old tech memo telling them that aftermarket auxiliary alternator was causing problems and nothing could be done even after they were given contact information and were contacted by Ohio dealer where we have purchased over 50 of these units and were told the MB Corp engineering email to request correct software charged me 378.00 to do nothing . I was instructed by Ohio dealer to get my vehicle out of there and take to next north dealer Wesly Chaple MB who charged 125.00 loaded correct software and found dead fuel injector that was covered under warranty now runs perfect so I returned for oil service. Feel I am owed refund from Tampa MB and an apology More
