Very pleasant and thorough. This was my first experience with the service department. Even though I didn't have an appointment my tire problem was quickly fixed. I've been a mercedes owner for over 30 years, disappointed. while visiting tampa for the weekend, my alarm, lights flicker, and locking system became disable and would not go off. Also the signal lights stop while visiting tampa for the weekend, my alarm, lights flicker, and locking system became disable and would not go off. Also the signal lights stop working, truck locking system would not close. I drove to your dealership and was told that water got in the tail light and damage the SAM . the cost will be $900.00 to repair. With disappointment , I had the car repair. Second: one the car was repair and paid for I began to drive off and discovered the seat would not adjust and no radio working. I went to the advisor and address my issue and was told that the seat issue had nothing to do with the problem , this is not a related problem and i did not asked them to repair the seat problem when I came in. I related to the service advisor that the seat was not a problem when I can in and was not a problem when he checked the car in. But he insisted the seat issue was not related to the problem and repair. I could not drive back to Jacksonville with the seat like this , so as result he took the car back to see how much it will cost to repair. At this point I am very upset and went to speak to the manager. I stated that my family have been driving Mercedes for over 30 years along with my children and other family members. As a result of this experience I do not trust the honesty of the dealership experience. I feel this experience was not honest business practice, because: water could have not got in the light, while visiting the car was in garage. I believe for whatever reason the alarm was disable or tapered with and the Sam system needed to be reset. But I was charge $900. 00 for this repair, not honest. Also, the electric seat was indeed related with the problem . but the advisor mislead me to believe that this was not related to gain more money. I believe no water was in the SAM and did not need replacement, it could not have been, Now back in Jacksonville my husband and I are really disappointed with the whole experience and consider investigation of practices. . More

"An Amazing Experience" My husband and I came to the dealership with our daughter in hopes to lease her a CLA250. We had leased a car from Robert before and it was an amazing My husband and I came to the dealership with our daughter in hopes to lease her a CLA250. We had leased a car from Robert before and it was an amazing pain free experience. We received fantastic customer service from him and the dealership so we decided to drive the 80 minutes to come back again to look for my daughter. We were not disappointed!! Robert went out of his way to make sure we were well informed and that my daughter got the car of her dreams. Robert is by far the best car salesperson you can ask for. He actually makes the experience fun! We will probably Continue to drive a Mercedes forever because not only do they have great cars, but because of people like Robert. My son drives an Audi and he is now thinking of switching to Mercedes and will come up from Miami to work with Robert! The business Manager, Angelo that did our paperwork is also a gem! He is so helpful and efficient!! Between the two of them this was a 10++++experience and worth the 80 minute drive!!! More
