When I spoke to the service department to have the car picketed up I explained the Check Break ware light came on. I also said there was a Service code also came on, I think it was and OS service needed. I really don't know what that was and if it was even done. I also said I wanted the Car detailed. I asked if when you do it can you do it "Show room Ready" and the answer was YES! I Said this not once but 3 times at least. I have other choices for this, But I would rather use Mercedes and I think your people would let your customers know if while cleaning they see something else needing attention they would tell the service manager and I would get a call. And I wanted a Show room job, When the guy call to return my GL450 I again said please check the car before bringing it back to be sure they cleaned the carpets well he said he would. I event told him where the coffee spills were for him to look. When he arrived I found that 90% of the carpet have been done. One floor mat had not been touched., there were spots near the passenger seat side both front and back seat with marks still and the part at in the center of the 2 back seats looked as though it might have been done as a result of the driver pointing it out, because it was still wet. Your vacuum leave very unique marks so it is very easy to see what was done or not. Yes Rick Greene took off the fee for the Detail, BUT I did not want that that, I wanted the job done as I had requested. I told them they missed cleaning the cigarette lighter. The Rick Greene said they can't use water on electrical components. Really??? Having worked in my 20's on cars there is a product called LPS that when shot into the light and a cloth whipped over it would have done the job easily. He also stated some stains can be removed. But please explain how the same coffee spill 3 inches away was removed and one was not. That was an insult to me and doing nothing but providing and excuse. It was a missed spot and poor inspection of the workers quality work. When I bought a highend GL450 I had 3 other choices in the market place to do so. This kind of experience makes me rethink where my wife's new car I plan to purchase before the end of the year will be bought. Respectfully Stephen White Cell 813-714-0274 More

always EXCEPTIONAL I called and scheduled an appointment with Dustin. My wife brought my car in for what seems to be an intermittent a/c issue. As lame and boring as this seems, I have purchased 2 cars from Benz of Tampa, and serviced 3 for the last 6 years. For most of that time, I was driving about 55K miles a year per car. It obviously requires many more visits for maintenance and service with miles like that. Every service has been the same. I schedule, they do the job, they get me in and out, and they treat me like royalty. John Silvers was my original Service Adviser until he went and got promoted. He turned me over to Dustin. When you compare the treatment received by John and Dustin, you would think they are related. The thing they all have always consistently done since my first visit is get me in, maintain/fix my car, get me out in a timely manner and in the meantime treat me like royalty. The staff is proof that products are only as good as the people who back them. And maybe it should come natural when the car purchased is a $150,000.00 car. All 3 of the cars I purchased were Smart Cars, but the way I am treated every time I go there, you would think that I paid $250,000.00 each. More
Outstanding Service Support by Ellen I went in for my yearly maintenance only to find out that I had a more serious issue with my one of my cam shafts.
