Very Disappointed Upon scheduling my service I had to call three times and was put on hold for a long period of time each time just to get a human. We were called at 11:30a.m. and told our service was complete, the vehicle was being washed. I sent my employee to pick it up, she arrived at 3:05 and was told it would be brought right up. At 3:30, she asked again and was told it was being washed and it would be brought right up. At 3:55, Mike Nankovitch said he would check on it and if it wasn't for him we might still be waiting..... It was never washed........ More

Fantastic Service Department Had a leak in the rear tire on the passenger side along with a faulty tire (must have hit a road hazard) on the front right as well.
