The vehicle had some damages that I was told would 1) First Major Complaint I purchased a 2018 s560 at this dealership and it has been a nightmare. The vehicle had some damages that I was told would be fixed if I decided to purchase. I trusted them and went ahead with the buy. I was told that the vehicle was going to need extra time because they needed to order parts. About a week later I was told my vehicle was done and I could pick it up that evening. It being night time and with the excitement I didn’t realize that there was still a piece of the grill missing. When contacting the dealership, I was told that they would take care of it and they had “something special for me” for all the inconveniences. I never heard back from them. I have tried to call the dealership and get John Welty, the sales manager who made me all these promise and my calls just get forwarded. I have left numerous messages with no call back. Now here we are over a month later and my car is still not fixed and I still haven’t even received a call. 2) Second major complaint The finance guy added on an interior/ exterior package for $1500 that I did not want. He told me it would cover scratches and dents and after reading about it, it only coves bug damage and interior discoloration. 3) Third Major Complaint At the time of purchase I was financed through Mercedes Financial. I was told my first payment date would be April 22nd. Today is April 15th and Mercedes Financial has no knowledge of this sale or me having an account with them. I have left numerous messages with Noah the finance guy and John Welty regarding this issue and have received not even one call back. I have placed many complaints with Mercedes corporate office and they are not able to get in touch with anyone at this dealership regarding this matter. I would never recommend this car dealership to anyone and it is a disgrace to the Mercedes name. I will be contacting legal assistance on this matter. More
