Guess I should have read these reviews before doing business there. I purchased a used 2020 Cadillac with only 60k miles from them. Typically trade-ins are run through the service dept. and repairs mad business there. I purchased a used 2020 Cadillac with only 60k miles from them. Typically trade-ins are run through the service dept. and repairs made as necessary before offered for sale. This didn't happen in my case. After driving only 1400 miles engine light came on so took to Cadillac dealer. Replaced sensor at $700 which wasn't covered by the extended warranty I purchased for $4600. Finance manager made big commission on 2nd class warranty after telling me I had the best one. Also several repairs were recommended totaling close to $3000. Vehicle was sold to me with faulty daytime running light which alone would cost $2000 to repair. I'm an old vet on limited income, over spent due to my illness, will now have to sell the car and lose several thousand. Would probably gotten a better deal at an east Hillsborough used car bone yard and treated better. Called them twice, left messages, no return call. SHAME on Tampa Mercedes. More
