We have had to come to the difficult decision that this is not a healthy and mutually productive relationship for our dealership to continue to invest in. Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land has made numerous attempts to accommodate the requests and the spouse has worked with, and moved through, multiple tenured advisors at our dealership due to his personality clashes with our staff. Furthermore, we did decline the most recent request to come in for a service appointment and will continue to do so due to the nature of how they have conducted themselves and minimized our staff repeatedly. Mr. Liu, Your opinion is important to us. We are familiar with your concerns, specifically the check engine light that was on. As we discussed, there was a small leak in the emissions system that was very difficult to detect. The vehicle had to be tested numerous times to identify and correct the concern. Our technicians are professionals and we have very strict controls in place to ensure that our clients vehicles are driven only by authorized personnel.
