Called to get a quote for repair, transfered to the service department, put on hold for 21 min before i decided to call back, then they hang up on me, so i call back, they transfer me again and after w service department, put on hold for 21 min before i decided to call back, then they hang up on me, so i call back, they transfer me again and after waiting another 4 1/2 minute i give up. 2 minutes later someone from the service department calls me back and starts talking about something totally differen and when he realises the called the wrong person ythey hang up on me again. UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT WORTHY OF A LUXURY BRAND. WOW More

I am giving this dealership a zero for charging me for services that was not done to my car. I brought my car here back in November to get my car fixed for a leak. Mercedes Benz of SugarLand charged me 78 services that was not done to my car. I brought my car here back in November to get my car fixed for a leak.
