I came in to get my A1 service and Derek was my adviser. I had purchased this car used and bought an "after-market" service plan. He called them right then and there and asked them what was covered and info I had purchased this car used and bought an "after-market" service plan. I did not feel rushed or clueless and was comfortable knowing what I was to expect in paying for the service. I have been very appreciative of all the work I have had done at this location. When I brought the car in the first time, Michelle did a great job of explaining to me what all I needed to have done and ther done at this location. Once that was done, she called and gave us an update on what had been found and the time it would take to get it resolved. The gentlemen outside had all my Christmas shopping packages loaded in my car for me by the time I was finished paying the cashier where Randy met me to go over the bill. The waiting area looked very nice and seemed to have great coffee but I had no need of that since I was given a loaner car to do my Christmas shopping with. My car also came back cleaner than how I left it :) Nice surprise. My sister was with me and was also very impressed.
