Frank kept me posted regularly during the wait for the ordered ML550. He offerred good deal to make up for the delay in delivery from the manufacturing plant. I came in to get my A1 service and Derek was my adviser. I had purchased this car used and bought an "after-market" service plan. He called them right then and there and asked them what was covered and info I had purchased this car used and bought an "after-market" service plan. I did not feel rushed or clueless and was comfortable knowing what I was to expect in paying for the service. I have been very appreciative of all the work I have had done at this location. When I brought the car in the first time, Michelle did a great job of explaining to me what all I needed to have done and ther done at this location.
