Steven was extremely knowledgeable about the various models of Mercedes Benz cars and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was patient, professional, and not at all pushy, which I appreciated. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and showed me a few different cars that fit my criteria. I was impressed with the variety of cars they had on the lot and the attention to detail in their showroom. Steven's level of expertise and customer service were top-notch, and I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process.
