We have had to come to the difficult decision that this is not a healthy and mutually productive relationship for our dealership to continue to invest in. Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land has made numerous attempts to accommodate the requests and the spouse has worked with, and moved through, multiple tenured advisors at our dealership due to his personality clashes with our staff. Furthermore, we did decline the most recent request to come in for a service appointment and will continue to do so due to the nature of how they have conducted themselves and minimized our staff repeatedly.
