My service agent Abdul was very nice and professional, and I was very happy with his service. However, the communication from the dealership via email has been confusing and annoying. The very same day my vehicle was taken out of the dealership after A1 Service, I received a message via email about an open service call, prompting me to call the dealership. Subsequently I was told open service was already taken care of. Then again, three days after the A1 service was finished, received another e-mail informing me "our records indicate that your 2017 Mercedes Benz may be due for its recommended service". This is ridiculous, confusing and a sign of inefficiency. More
