Overall me and my wife had a great car purchasing experience at Mercedes- Benz of Sudbury. They had a great professional approach for sales and they work for great customer satisfaction. Howard Rosenberg had a professional and sincere approach to us which made us buy the car from Mercedes comparing to other brands. All the staff in the shop including Sharon in the front desk were very helpful and approachable. Jonny Pham did a fantastic job explaining all the features of the car. Vito was attentive our needs throughout the entire 5-1/2 month order process, even calling days later to say he saw our G at a local restaurant :). Jonny is beyond fantastic; his enthusiastic demeanor and comprehensive knowledge of the many features, functions, and vehicle system shortcuts is astounding. Andrew was responsive to all of our questions and instrumental in handling a last-minute order change, and Fahad oversaw every step of our very enjoyable experience.
