The dealership lacks communication between service advisers and the client. My car was there for 2 days on the 2nd day. I had to make two phone calls before I got to talk to someone about whether my c advisers and the client. My car was there for 2 days on the 2nd day. Wow, last month the great guys at this dealership saved my trip when the 'check engine' light came on in my 2016 C300 as I was driving on the Mass Pike from NYC to Waltham - they fit me in for an emergency my trip when the 'check engine' light came on in my 2016 C300 as I was driving on the Mass Pike from NYC to Waltham - they fit me in for an emergency appointment at 7 a.m. the next morning and found the problem was covered by a Mercedes extended warranty that I didn't even know about. They fixed the problem and also gave my car a thorough inspection. They took charge of my situation and had me out the door and back on the road the same morning. A most impressive experience, I am so thankful for them! More

This dealership is clean and comfortable to wait for your car. They offer snacks and beverages. I waited 3 hours for my 10k service, with the 4 wheel alignment, wiper blades and inspection sticker which I re car. They offer snacks and beverages.
