I had Mercedes on the phone helping me yesterday it is still don’t work, she will will write the ticket may take 24-48 hours, I called again just now he said it is not my turn yet , why it is so difficult I don’t understand why this is so difficult, I had the remote start for the last 5 years, I paid credit for $180 each year , re register, little frustrated, people think Mercedes is the best , I should add a question mark
