This is the third Mercedes I've bought from this dealership.... Fred has done an outstanding job of finding me exactly the car I wanted at a good price... I had 300 C Class that was used as a loaner dealership.... Fred has done an outstanding job of finding me exactly the car I wanted at a good price... I had 300 C Class that was used as a loaner car before I bought it... It had some issues with the electrical system that were very hard to diagnose, but eventually the problem was completely resolved to my satisfaction.... The nature of the problem was intermittent, and related to whether it was moist in the atmosphere, high relative humidity, usually caused by rain. Fred showed me a new E class coupe.... It's a really great car !!!! Just love it. At all times, the dealership has treated me very well.... The cars are great, and the people are first class... I'd recommend this dealership to everyone. More

Where else could you go to get an oil change that takes more than 2 hours? Reps don't care about u. They just want to sell u unnessesary services. What a complete waste of time and money. For Mercedes the building itself seemed more fit for a Chevy's dealership. Crappy waiting areas and interior. No one EVER greeted me first. Always had to chase someone to ask anythig at all. The place is NOT busy at all. Lots of jokes and chattings going around between employees. Frankly have been to toyota dealerships and had a more pleasent experience. ThoU all dealerships overcharge their services anyway. If u r gonna ask me to pay $350 for an oil change and some light checking on the vehicle that any local shop can do, at least give me a nice place to wait and some smiles wouldn't hurt either. More

The sales team made the entire experience easy, stressless and one that I will not hesitate to promote to friends and family. There was no pressure, no back-and-forth-behind-the-curtain price dealing and no bull. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was by far my best experience. The team faced a couple of challenges before I took delivery – one my fault and the other an error on a minor repair. A fair solution was reached for my error and the sales team could not apologize enough for the repair error. They went above and beyond any expectations I had to ensure that I was compensated for my inconvenience. I absolutely love the car I purchased and I love the sales team at Mercedes-Benz of Natick (but not quite as much as I love the car) :-) I would be remiss if I did not also mention the exceptional service team at Mercedes-Benz of Natick and the excellent customer service that they too provide. I have been a loyal customer for more than eight years and I have always been treated to excellent customer service and excellent advice on maintenance of my cars. I was given several chances to test drive the vehicle with no pressure, financing was seamless, i had many options for my warranty, and plan to go back to Mike in a few years when I'm ready to buy my next car. Brought my car to dealership with a ride complaint. After going to a local service center and spending several hours they could not solve the problem. I should have gone to the dealer first because they know my car inside out. I was greeted by Ken Black the Service Manager. I did not have an appointment but Ken said rest assured we will take care of you. The technition Brian Kelly came to me and asked about my problem. He test drove my car and came back with a large smile on his and said he a good idea of what was wrong. He put the car on the lift and noted that 1 tire had a belt seperation. They other place had balanced my tires and never saw what he saw in less than 15 minutes. I cant express how happy I was with every person at that dealership. I will soon be replacing my car and it will be coming from Mercedes Benz of Natick. More

I have been a Mercedes owner for over 16 years and I have to say that this experience has been by far the BEST experience I have ever had. From the beginning of the process, when I 1st began the search for to say that this experience has been by far the BEST experience I have ever had. From the beginning of the process, when I 1st began the search for a new car, Mercedes Benz of Natick has been incredible. I was contacted from an on-line inquiry,and it went from there. I had several very pleasant conversations with Edward Naczi and we were able to agree on a price very quickly and easily. Best of all, he wasn't pushy and allowed me the time to think it over and "shop around" a little. When I did come in he along with Fred Schultz made me feel very comfortable while I waited for the paperwork to be processed, etc. At no time did I feel any bit of stress, which as you know making a "big" purchase can be stressful at times. After meeting with finance and signing the paperwork, Mr. Schultz took me through a very extensive tutorial on the operation of the car. He assured me that if I have any questions at all to please feel free to call him anytime. I couldn't believe how smoothly and easily everything went. In fact I told both of them, that I will definitely suggest this dealership to any and all of my friends and family that are in the market for a new car. They have since both followed up with me several times by email and voicemail just to check in, to see if I have any questions, and to see how I am enjoying my new car. Something that the "other" dealerships didn't seem to do in the past. I realize I wasn't their "biggest" sale of the day, and certainly didn't purchase the most expensive car on the lot, but they made my feel like I was just as important, regardless of what car I purchased. If this is any indication of how wonderful and pleasant they always are, then they definietly have a new and lifelong customer! More
