Brought my car to dealership with a ride complaint. After going to a local service center and spending several hours they could not solve the problem. I should have gone to the dealer first because they know my car inside out. I was greeted by Ken Black the Service Manager. I did not have an appointment but Ken said rest assured we will take care of you. The technition Brian Kelly came to me and asked about my problem. He test drove my car and came back with a large smile on his and said he a good idea of what was wrong. He put the car on the lift and noted that 1 tire had a belt seperation. They other place had balanced my tires and never saw what he saw in less than 15 minutes. I cant express how happy I was with every person at that dealership. I will soon be replacing my car and it will be coming from Mercedes Benz of Natick. More

I have been a Mercedes owner for over 16 years and I have to say that this experience has been by far the BEST experience I have ever had. From the beginning of the process, when I 1st began the search for to say that this experience has been by far the BEST experience I have ever had. From the beginning of the process, when I 1st began the search for a new car, Mercedes Benz of Natick has been incredible. I was contacted from an on-line inquiry,and it went from there. I had several very pleasant conversations with Edward Naczi and we were able to agree on a price very quickly and easily. Best of all, he wasn't pushy and allowed me the time to think it over and "shop around" a little. When I did come in he along with Fred Schultz made me feel very comfortable while I waited for the paperwork to be processed, etc. At no time did I feel any bit of stress, which as you know making a "big" purchase can be stressful at times. After meeting with finance and signing the paperwork, Mr. Schultz took me through a very extensive tutorial on the operation of the car. He assured me that if I have any questions at all to please feel free to call him anytime. I couldn't believe how smoothly and easily everything went. In fact I told both of them, that I will definitely suggest this dealership to any and all of my friends and family that are in the market for a new car. They have since both followed up with me several times by email and voicemail just to check in, to see if I have any questions, and to see how I am enjoying my new car. Something that the "other" dealerships didn't seem to do in the past. I realize I wasn't their "biggest" sale of the day, and certainly didn't purchase the most expensive car on the lot, but they made my feel like I was just as important, regardless of what car I purchased. If this is any indication of how wonderful and pleasant they always are, then they definietly have a new and lifelong customer! More

3 months ago I was at the beginning of my buying process. I wasn’t sure where to begin. I went to a couple of different websites to get information on different manufactures. I decide to go with a Mercedes-B I wasn’t sure where to begin. I went to a couple of different websites to get information on different manufactures. I decide to go with a Mercedes-Benz so I went to Edmunds.com to ask 6 dealerships for a price quote on a new C300 sport. Within 5 minutes of my inquiry I received both a phone call and a email from Brad Rafter. Brad was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. A couple of days later I called for Brad, however it was his day off. I talked to his manager Ed Naczi and explained I wanted a new C300 but was not sure what color I wanted. We both agreed that I should come in, look at a few colors and so we arranged a meeting. When I came in Ed and Brad both greeted me and introduced me to John Angelo. To my surprise John was already informed of my situation and had 6 vehicles pulled up for me side by side so I can best look at the colors. I looked at the vehicles and told John that I needed to think about my decision. There was no pressure at all and I left. I recently bought my C300 from Mercedes-Benz of Natick and I am still impressed with the professionalism and friendliness from everyone I worked with. More

I recently purchased a car from Matt Lavoie from this dealer and it was a great process. We had been going back and forth for over a year. I thought he would have lost interest in trying to sell me a car dealer and it was a great process. We had been going back and forth for over a year. I thought he would have lost interest in trying to sell me a car but he never did. In fact he kept pursuing it and its one of the main reasons I bought from him and his dealer. I picked the car up and it was perfect and he explained everything about the car making me totally comfortable with my new Mercedes. Then about a week later I got a box of chocolates from Godiva with a thank card from Mercedes-Benz of Natick. Come to find out all of Matt's customers get the same gift. That is really something special. I will ALWAYS go back to him for everything I need car related. More
