In fact, he solved the problem simply and the mechanics couldn't solve it at all(they said it was a software problem). Above all, he's accessible and fair. I really liked doing business with him. This is my 4th car from the dealership. My old salesman retired, but I found Al to be everything you'd want. I'm confident he'll sell me my next car. More
