Stopped in and talked with Ned Gompper and JC Cabanos. Long story short ended up driving home with my new ML that day. James McCracken (Finance Manager) helped make it all possible by securing me the financing. Everything was seamless, True professionals. You have to consider this dealership before you go anywhere else and this is coming from someone who has almost 30 years in sales. Great place, Great people. More

I want to ask for a clear, reasonable explanation of why my purchase was denied after the Purchase and Sale agreement was already signed and all the work requested by your dealership was done. I was at Mercedes-Benz of Natick on 7/6 and 7/10 regarding a purchase of the GLS. During my first visit, I had signed the Purchase and Sale agreement right after the price was agreed with your salesman and manager. Per requests, I also immediately put down a non-refundable deposit and provided bank statements for review. I fulfilled every request that the dealership had asked for and all I got at the end was “I can’t sell you the car”? I feel offended by the way I was treated. My time is just as valuable as yours. I took 2 days off from work to come in for this purchase. This is totally unacceptable, unreasonable and unprofessional. It was a terrible experience that I wish to share with everyone and by the way they never like or learn how to reply email so that's is why they choose to ignore you !!! More

Bill Glasman was our guy and he took charge of making it happen with the car we were looking for. All of the support staff surrounding the sale have been well trained and are customer-centric. The drive-away price was fair when you consider the whole ' product', meaning not just the car. Would have preferred a document listing the work done to the car instead of an oral statement from Ned, the Used Car Mgr. But, ask for Bill Glasman and you'll see what we experienced. More

This dealer's pricing is bar-none the most aggressive our family has seen in the northeast in greater than 30-years of making Mercedes Benz purchases. While all of the sales staff was very amiable, knowledgable and courteous, we felt that our salesman, Ned Gompper was phenomenal. At 81 years old she had a perfect dri My mom had just weeks prior to our visit to Mercedes Benz of Natick been in an accident that totalled her E 320. At 81 years old she had a perfect driving record to this time. The family agreed that "mom" should keep driving however staying with a Mercedes was mandatory. We started on line with a search of available vehicles and a call to Natick to set up an appointment with sales. I spoke with a very polite and informative gal named Elyse. Upon arrival at Natick we met Elyse within minutes of walking in. Elyse was genuinely polite and made sure that my mom would be comfortable before we met our salesman. I had "Scott" written down as our salesperson however it was explained to us that Scott was unavailable and that Charles would be taking care of us. Charles was nothing short of a gentleman and showed patience and consideration to my mom's needs. After a test drive we settled on a 2014 C300 which Charles and I thought would be the best choice due to the C being more compact and easier for my mom to manuever over an E. The remainder of the experience has been extremely positive from dealing with Zine in finance, service prepping the vehicle and Charles following up with everything so that there were no lose ends. My mom is happy with her C class. Since I can remember my parents always drove BMW's or Mercedes Benz cars. The C is another chapter. I mentioned to Charles that with mom living in Shrewsbury we drive past Wagner on our way to Herb Chambers. My wife and I along with one of sons and now mom have had positive experiences with purchases of BMW or Mercedes Benz autos from Herb Chambers dealerships. Like dealing with Charles it's obvious that you are being taken care of by automobile enthusists and that starts at the top with the owner. We will be back in the future. Thank you Elyse and Charles!
