There was absolutely no sales pressure and he took the time to explain all the standard equipment and various options on the 2011 E350 and then took us on a test drive (both my wife and I drove the car a good distance on various road surfaces) which gave us an opportunity to experience the handling, comfort, and overall ride of the vehiicle. Al answered all our questions and was the consummate professional throughout the test ride and back at the dealership. After visiting many Mercedes dealership looking for the combination of features we wanted, it was refreshing to meet George and Bobby. Between George’s prompt response and straight forward answers and Bobby’s knowledge of the vehicle, the whole process was upstanding. We purchased many vehicles in our life time and always, always felt that we had to keep our guard up during the process not to be pressured into buying something that the dealer wanted us to buy vs what we really wanted, along with the prices negotiations was always stressful. We have purhased a number of new vechiles from a number of different dealers. We have purchased our last 2 from JC. He and everyone else there has always been very courteous and helpful. The question is always what can we do to help you. What can we do to find a vechile that meets your requirements. If there is a difference, we can work it out. We also apperciate the fact that there is no pressure to purchase. Some of the other dealers want a commitment before the final price, not JC which we certainly apperciate. Rating a product or service on the internet is for me a very rare action, positive or negative. However, I feel compelled to do ;just that in this instance. Having, over several years, either purchased or leased for personal family use over 25 luxury or near luxury automobiles. Also, during the early years, activity in auto meets, sports car events and general car interest were and are a serious hobby. My point in providing this background is to emphasize the fact that when ready to make an auto purchase, I do a lot of research and approach the chosen auto dealer knowing exactly what I want. Needless to say, I have experienced over the years so much incompetence, wheeling and dealing and various transaction distress that I group the vast majority as analogous to having a colonoscopy. My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Natick was 180 degrees different, thus the reason for this lengthy evaluation. From my first moment being introduced and talking to the sales rep, ;JC Cabanos, I knew that I was in a different place. We were two adults who respected each other's intelligence and car knowledge. And in about a half an hour the chat was over, each of us knowing the other's requirements. After a couple of e-mails over about 3 days and a second visit of less than an hour it was a done deal. During that visit I also met the manager, Mike, who was welcoming and made a couple valid suggestions. I did some paper work with Jamie, the finance manager, who also was pleasant, warm and efficient. The next day I took delivery which continued to be smoothly orchestrated by JC with the same pleasant and professional competence. In closing, I would like to reiterate that this dealership is nothing more than a reflection of its people and ;JC Cabanos is one fine representative who is a credit to the company. From the moment we entered the dealership, the atmosphere was friendly and un-pressured. Although we had an idea of what we wanted, based upon internet research and visits to other dealers, JC listened pati was friendly and un-pressured. Although we had an idea of what we wanted, based upon internet research and visits to other dealers, JC listened patiently to our wish list and then outlined possible choices. Following a test drive that included a detailed explanation of possible options for the car, he reviewed not only his inventory but the MB system inventory on the east coast with the thought of possibly finding “our” car elsewhere in the system. In fact, his research did discover exactly what we were looking for at the US delivery port in Baltimore. Between that point in time and the actual delivery of the car, JC and all the staff at MB-Natick were always available to answer questions and help keep the process moving. With a road trip planned immediately following the projected delivery date, there was some need to make sure things moved smoothly – which they did! When we picked up the car, the paperwork, registration, etc came off without a hitch. JC spent 30-45 minutes giving us a familiarization tour of the car to include programming our Bluetooth iPhone! The day after delivery, JC followed up with both a phone call and email to see how things were going and to ask if we had questions. That didn’t happen the last time I bought a Mercedes at another dealership! All in all, a very positive and painless experience; I would certainly recommend MB-Natick and JC to anyone looking for a Mercedes. More

I was looking for a particular car in a number of dealerships and found a few dealers around the same price range. I went to the first of the four dealerships I was interested in and hated the custo dealerships and found a few dealers around the same price range. I went to the first of the four dealerships I was interested in and hated the customer service and couldn't stand the high pressure sales technique. The second was mercedes benz of Natick and spoke to Bobby Directly. He was extremely helpful, knew exactly what I wanted and even answered the questions I had before I could remember what I wanted to ask. Needless to say, I purchased the car that day! Everyone at the dealership is very nice, however if you want the best one, you make sure to visit Bobby. He's the best. More
