From the moment we entered the dealership, the atmosphere was friendly and un-pressured. Following a test drive that included a detailed explanation of possible options for the car, he reviewed not only his inventory but the MB system inventory on the east coast with the thought of possibly finding “our” car elsewhere in the system. In fact, his research did discover exactly what we were looking for at the US delivery port in Baltimore. Between that point in time and the actual delivery of the car, JC and all the staff at MB-Natick were always available to answer questions and help keep the process moving. With a road trip planned immediately following the projected delivery date, there was some need to make sure things moved smoothly – which they did! When we picked up the car, the paperwork, registration, etc came off without a hitch. JC spent 30-45 minutes giving us a familiarization tour of the car to include programming our Bluetooth iPhone! The day after delivery, JC followed up with both a phone call and email to see how things were going and to ask if we had questions. That didn’t happen the last time I bought a Mercedes at another dealership! All in all, a very positive and painless experience; I would certainly recommend MB-Natick and JC to anyone looking for a Mercedes. More

I went to the first of the four dealerships I was interested in and hated the customer service and couldn't stand the high pressure sales technique. The second was mercedes benz of Natick and spoke to Bobby Directly. He was extremely helpful, knew exactly what I wanted and even answered the questions I had before I could remember what I wanted to ask. Needless to say, I purchased the car that day! Everyone at the dealership is very nice, however if you want the best one, you make sure to visit Bobby. He's the best. More

I hit some ice this winter and scraped up the front end of my car, I called John and he helped me make arrangements to get the car fixed. He took time out of his day to give me a ride to pick the car up when it was fixed. This level of service is very rare in this day and age, my advice to anyone looking to buy or lease a Mercedes is to call John. You'll be glad you did. More
Buying from Al Corbett is a terrific experience - given that your buying a car. Nobody likes buying a car, but he makes the process as painless as possible. When I had questions weeks after the purchase, he was easy to reach and excited about making sure I was a happy and satisfied customer. Coincidentally, he helped me this afternoon as I brought the car in for a complicated service question. He has a mechanical background and gave me a much better answer than the mechanics. In fact, he solved the problem simply and the mechanics couldn't solve it at all(they said it was a software problem). Above all, he's accessible and fair. I really liked doing business with him. This is my 4th car from the dealership. My old salesman retired, but I found Al to be everything you'd want. I'm confident he'll sell me my next car. More

One of the vehicles I had selected to consider purchasing was at another location and the sales team had it on site in hours for me to view, which was essential with my limited schedule to shop. It ended up being the vehicle purchased. I also work in a commission based business and was thoroughly impressed with the teamwork and cooperativeness between the sales staff in an otherwise individual business. The atmosphere was congenial, respectful and attention to details never waivered. Every level of management checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied. The entire process was seamless and first class all the way. They want to make sure you are happy. In no small part credit must be given to Pre-Owned sales manager Aidan Power, whose integrity, sincerity and constant follow up made this transaction the best vehicle purchase situation.
