First, Fred is easily the most knowledgeable Mercedes person I have ever met. He was extremely helpful in discussing all the nuances related to the particular model I was interested in, as well as a variety of historical Mercedes related tidbits. No pressure whatsoever, just helpful, and he wanted to go the extra mile to make sure I was well prepared before making my decision. Fred is exactly the type of professional I love to work with because I felt like the sale was secondary to my satisfaction. In addition to Fred, I met Ian on my first visit, and though I did not buy a car that first day, I was completely committed to buying a car from this particular dealership based on the service I received. After a few days, and Ian's diligence in keeping in contact with me, a car became available that completely suited my needs. Through one of the easiest processes in history, I purchased the car I wanted and then had a great experience working with Jaime during the last phase. I had my E500 wagon for 8 years and I was ALWAYS well take care of, advised well and Dustin always went out of his way to explain what needed to be done and to make sure he worked around my schedule. So easy to deal with and just a really nice man. I could have gone anywhere to buy the car but only bought it at Herb Chambers of Natick because of Dustin. More
