First, Fred is easily the most knowledgeable Mercedes person I have ever met. He was extremely helpful in discussing all the nuances related to the particular model I was interested in, as well as a variety of historical Mercedes related tidbits. No pressure whatsoever, just helpful, and he wanted to go the extra mile to make sure I was well prepared before making my decision. Fred is exactly the type of professional I love to work with because I felt like the sale was secondary to my satisfaction. In addition to Fred, I met Ian on my first visit, and though I did not buy a car that first day, I was completely committed to buying a car from this particular dealership based on the service I received. After a few days, and Ian's diligence in keeping in contact with me, a car became available that completely suited my needs.
