This was clearly my most pleasurable experience ever in purchasing a car. I live in the Boston metrowest area, and the Herb Chambers Mercedes dealership in Natick (previously called Foreign Motors West) w purchasing a car. I live in the Boston metrowest area, and the Herb Chambers Mercedes dealership in Natick (previously called Foreign Motors West) was the natural place to which I would gravitate in considering the purchase of a Mercedes. I hadn't been there in several years, and I was taken aback at how beautiful the remodeled showroom and service area had turned out. It was a great setting for looking at the current models and choosing the right one for my tastes and needs. My salesman, Spencer Odems, came highly recommended, and he worked incredibly hard to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. It was an absolute pleasure working with him, and he was perpetually focused on keeping me as happy as possible. When I drove into the Service Area several days later to get my car inspection, I was treated like a king. It made me proud to be a new Mercedes owner. I am thrilled to be driving my new car, and it gives me great peace of mind to feel that everyone at the Herb Chambers dealership made this experience so special: from Spenser, who brought sales to a personal level, to his sales colleagues who always pitched in to help in his rare absence, to the managers who were so supportive, to the service staff who made me feel like part of the family. The professional tact, knowledge and capability that Chandran showed, combined with his relaxed and friendly manner, were more than enough to ensure that we will be re-visiting Mercedes-Benz of Natick for future purchases. Chandran not only put us at ease in the always tedious process of car-buying, he also was very friendly to our kids and took time to get to know the entire family on a personal level. I went to Mercedes Benz of Natick on January 26th, 2013, to look into trading in my 2006 E350. I had purchased this vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Natick and dealt with John and Zine when I made the purchas to look into trading in my 2006 E350. I had purchased this vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Natick and dealt with John and Zine when I made the purchase in April of 2009. When I started thinking about upgrading my vehicle, a major factor in returning to Herb Chambers was the positive experience I had with these two individuals. Both John and Zine were helpful, courteous and professional in all aspects of my recent visit. This was not surprising, as it was consistent with my experience approximately 4 years earlier. My visit culminated in the purchase of a new 2012 Sport model C300 4Matic. Many of my family and friends have related to me that although the purchase of a new vehicle is an exciting event, they do not enjoy what they see as an adversarial process leading to the purchase. As I feel compelled to share my experience with Mercedes Benz of Natick, particularly John and Zine, it should go a long way in dispelling this misconception. Mike More
My wife has been dealing with Fred Schultz for over 5 years and 2 new cars. She has just ordered her third vehicle through Fred. Her experience has been nothing short of stellar so much so that I just purchased my "dream car" through Fred as well as a second, " daily use" vehicle to be replaced with a new "daily use" vehicle I ordered through Fred, delivery Fall 2013. My experience with Fred has also been stellar and I have thanked him personally many times for how he has treated my wife. Included in my purchases has been Zine Bentoudja, Finance Manager. Zine was gracious, pleasant and my experience with him was exceptional. I look forward to seeing both Fred and Zine this Fall, if not sooner. I would also include Suzanne Daniels, Aubrey, Avery, and Victoria from the Service Department as well as Cassandra from the Front Desk in my overall exceptional experience. I usually dislike purchasing a car, because of all the hassle from the salesman, so much so, that Chandran Venkitachalam made purchasing a car easy. I usually dislike purchasing a car, because of all the hassle from the salesman, so much so, that I tend to put it off until absolutely necessary. With Chandan there was none of this. He was very considerate of our needs and had no problem when we said we wanted to look around a bit before making a commitment. We are very pleased with the car he found for us and is always available to help with any problems, large or small. I would not hesitate to recommend Chandran to any perspective buyer. More
My wife and I first met Chris Essor and Zine Bentoudja on January 21, 2013. While searching for a newer vehicle, we found two cars on the Mercedes-Benz of Natick website. I called to see if the vehicles were January 21, 2013. While searching for a newer vehicle, we found two cars on the Mercedes-Benz of Natick website. I called to see if the vehicles were available. Chris answered my call, briefly described each car, and invited us to make the trip from the Cape to Natick to see and drive the cars. Chris met us at the door, offered us refreshments, and then guided us to his desk where he had the maintenance records of each vehicle available for our review. After driving each of the vehicles and discussing various aspects of our potential trade, we expressed our desire to visit BMW to compare vehicles. Chris coordinated our visit to Sudbury BMW and actually took us to that dealership, introducing us to a BMW sales consultant and coordinated a smooth 'handoff' for our comparison. After comparing vehicles, we decided to return to Mercedes Benz to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned E5504MATIC. Chris immediately proceeded to facilitate our purchase, introducing us to Zine Bentoudja, the Business Manager. While Chris managed our actually delivery, Zine handled the paperwork, explained each document, and offered to us various after-sale good and services for our consideration. Both Chris and Zine were friendly, professional, and sincerely appreciative of our purchase. We are pleased with our transaction with Herb Chambers Mercedes Benz of Natick, and specifically with our sales consultant, Chris Essor and our business liaison, Zine Bentoudja. More

We started out using the internet to loacte dealers in the area who might have Bluetec ML350s and zeroed in on this dealership in Natick. John was very courteous, honest and helpful in closing the deal itself and securing the vehicle from another dealership. The process was smooth and very comfortable for both myself and my wife.
