I was feeling a bit leery about going to this dealership, but for a bulb it would not have made sense for me to get up to Natick late in the day on Saturday when the warning message appeared. I won't get into the details of my visit or the incorrect activity that took place even with the clear direction written on the top page of the service paperwork, but I feel strongly in sharing with you both that I will not be going back to Prime, Hanover MB.
