I was feeling a bit leery about going to this dealership, but for a bulb it would not have made sense for me to get up to Natick late in the day on Saturday when the warning message appeared. I won't get into the details of my visit or the incorrect activity that took place even with the clear direction written on the top page of the service paperwork, but I feel strongly in sharing with you both that I will not be going back to Prime, Hanover MB. My visit to Hanover MB, from the minute I drove in and stepped into the service department was evident to me that this dealership would not compare with the superior experiences that I have had from the get go, and continue to have with you, at Chambers. I am grateful to be a part of your Stellar dealership! Dustin, you are an outstanding service professional and continue to make me feel 100% supported with my service experiences! Joe, you are a remarkable salesman! You continually went above and beyond to make my first purchase at Chambers a positive one. I thank you both. I also would like to acknowledge Scott for his personal attention and dedication to my unique service needs over the years. Mercedes of Natick and all of it's employees, from the drivers on up are exceptional! Class exudes from your dealership and the respect and comfort that you strive to provide to your customers is clearly evident to me. But buying my new car at Mercedes of Natick stands in dramatic contrast to past experiences. The secret ingredient is Joe Rodriguez. He’s the polar opposite of the negative stereotype. Low key and thorough, knowledgeable and helpful, patient and an active listener, genuinely friendly and eager to make a fair deal, he even identified a professional incentive that netted me a big saving in the purchase price. And Joe is backed up by John Pirotte, a sales manager who actually cares about customer service. The Natick-based dealership is somewhat out of the way, but worth the trip. Ask for Joe Rodriguez. It started with a phone-call for information on a warranty...my car was getting old! I am one lucky woman to have Ali answer when I called...she is phenomenal. Absolutely no pressure, but without losing her professionalism & sales drive, we eventually began talking about the benefits of new Mercedes. Not too sure about my budget, and going away for a week, I said I had to think about it. I had put it to the side, enjoyed my vacation, and come back to my car...(yuck). Like clockwork, Ali called. I swear she is psychic. We talked again, and I decided it was time to go in and see the new models. The next day I met Ali and was introduced to the charming, fast-working, David Shobeiri. I got a good number on my old C300, got great numbers on a new C300 lease (another option I wasn't going to consider until Ali informed me of the benefits...), and I am SO happy. This was one of the best buying experiences (not just with cars, but in any sales transaction) that I have had in A LONG time. You all should know how great this place is. Heck, my daughter is looking for a new Jeep lease, and you know who I called yesterday? Ali. I know she can point me in the right direction. Because of her, and David, I trust in this dealership, in their team, Mercedes-Benz of Natick and Herb Chambers. Thank you for changing the way we look at sales. Or at least, how my family does. We were then greeted by Al who then located the exact car we are looking for at another dealership. To give an idea of how responsive and easy to work with this team is: I had sent out three other requests for pricing with three local Mercedes dealerships - the other three came back with automated emails AFTER I had purchased the car from Mercedes Natick. Jamie, the finance manager, was straight forward, to the point for the financing piece of the puzzle. Then, Jon was perfect in his service and helpful during the delivery process. I have purchased many cars in the past, this experience was by far, the most painless one - and most importantly, the most straight forward one. We have a toddler, so we don't have much time to waste with negotiating over issues. I made that very clear to the team, and they honored my requests with easy conclusion to every discussion point. Great experience! More
