I contacted someone I trusted to recommend a salesperson at MB and ended up working with Steve Boston for my purchase. Steve is a 10, he has been selling cars their for a long time and is really easy to work with. There was no BS or games that often can happen during the buying process, just the opposite. I got a great deal from a real pro which will keep me coming back to him in the future. His product knowledge was a pleasant surprise, he really knew the car, options and features, and what was important to us. As someone that does a lot of research before any large purchase, I usually catch the average salesperson off guard with questions about the car - that never happened with Steve. He was also great a communicating, by either phone or emails. I never had to chase him for answers, he always kept me informed. I also worked with Jamie on the finance end, someone I worked with before during my previous MB purchase. Jamie complimented the great work Steve did, so I couldn't be more satisfied with the overall experience. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. I will also be back in a few months when I need to make another purchase. PS - Swing by the waiting area, they always have a great selections of drinks and snacks! More
Nothing less than first rate -the vehicles and employees! We visited M-B of Natick last Saturday. We were greeted by Charles Scrymgeour who carefully listened to our needs and assisted us through the showroom and some test drives. He spent a great deal of time with us -- answering every question, explaining details and differences of the various models we were interested in. We were so impressed with the customer service! We were not rushed. We were not pressured in any way. We fell in love with an SUV and decided to buy. The cars, the quality and the value were truly exceptional, we thought, we had been researching vehicles for awhile. Proceeding to the purchase and sale phase, we met with Zine Bentoudja, who was every bit as gracious and helpful as Charles. As it turned out, we did not buy that day but we will always remember how we were treated and how they made us feel despite the fact we spent about 5 hours looking at their incredible cars. As we were leaving the dealership Charles came out with a very sincere goodbye, to shake our hands and welcome us back in the future. We sincerely hope to be back soon We've grown up with awareness that M-B is extremely FINE and M-B of Natick is indeed just that - - an enduring fact of life. More

I order a car in sep 2015 and was promised my car will be here in nov,2015.I waited till end of nov.2015 but did not hear any thing from the sales man or from the dealership. I called in to find out about my car was shocked to find out that no one knows any thing about my car. I made a deposit of $1000 when i order the car. finally some one called me and said my car is coming some time mid of dec. 2015 i waited till dec.15, 2015 and called the dealership to find out about my car. I was tolled due to holiday factory is behind and my car will be here may be last week of dec. or first week of jan. 2016. So today i called in again to find out about my car. Again i was tolled my car is delay two more weeks. That freaked me out. I told the gentleman if this is the case please cancel my order this gentleman god bless him did not border to calm me down. He just said ok your order is canceled . I asked him my deposit back he said it is ok. Later on i called the sales manager by the name Tim. He listened my whole story and put me on hold. All of sudden i heard very rough voice may i help you? I said i already explain every thing to Tim. Then he said ok you want cancel your car . It is canceled. Then i said what about my deposit. He said you will get it back with in 48 hours. I felt these people do not want my business . But i could not know the reason. I waited three month for my car . I could wait two more weeks if wants me to do so. I think i made a big mistake to go to this dealership while there is an other dealership at the corner in burlington or Haverhill. All i have to say this place is sucks. More
All the attention, none of the pressure I went to Herb Chambers Mercedes upon starting my search for a new car. I had test driven a number of vehicles and Mercedes was my last stop. I had done my research and really just wanted to get into the car and drive it, without all the hand-holding and sales pitch. I drove the car (GL 450) and met with he sales manager, John Pirotte. I loved the car, but was not ready to make the decision. There was no pressure and I left the dealership with a few options and literature to help make the decision. John followed up with an email thanking me for the visit, no repitive calls or warnings that I might lose the car of my dreams if I didn't act fast. A month or so later, I called with my decision to buy a car. John found the perfect car for me (over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend) and turned me over to a very personable and competent salesman, Zachary Lauer. Zachary is a trained Mercedes delivery agent. He is a walking encyclopedia of information on all that is Mercedes automobiles. Jamie McCracken was so proficient and knowledgable about the various options, I was able to finish the paperwork, learn many of the technological features of the car and leave in an hour. Four days later, I drove away in my new Bio Diesel GL 350. I left knowing that I could contact them with any questions at anytime and would be treated with the same courtesy as I had experienced throughout the process. They respected my decision-making process and helped to guide me only when I asked. I was a pleasure working with the staff and I look forward to the day that I can walk in and buy something other than the ultimate in "mom mobiles." More

Turned a Bad Situation Around Back in August, I posted a review about the absolutely awful sales experience I had with this dealership. Shortly after posting the review, I was cont Back in August, I posted a review about the absolutely awful sales experience I had with this dealership. Shortly after posting the review, I was contacted by the General Manager, Michael Collins, who was apologetic for what I had been through in the car buying experience. Mr Collins assured me that this was not the way this store conducts business. He wanted to find a way to show me that my experience was the exception and not the rule. He proposed finding a way to "reset" my experience and start our business relationship over. I accepted his offer, and as a result, I am rewriting this review to be overwhelmingly positive. There are several lessons to be learned here. I learned that if things are going terribly wrong you need to make sure the right level of management is involved. Based on the fact that the dealership did drop the ball initially, I hope they learned to never take their focus off the customer. You can be so driven to sell a car that you lose sight of the fact that it takes customers to buy them. In their "mulligan", Mr. Collins made sure that the focus was on my overall experience and satisfaction. So I am willing to give them their one mistake, and based on their latest performance will highly recommend them. I would not hesitate to return when it's time to buy my next car. More
