But I must say, the Natick Mercedes Benz experience was by far the best I have ever had. They were respectful, professional and skipped with the antiquated sales pitches of yesteryear. They had a passion for the cars they were selling and a love of being professional from the initial contact with me, through the negotiation, signing the deal, processing through the business office and finally at the pickup. It was especially stark given the fact that the other dealerships pushy ineptitude with the artificial sales pressure tactics were so stark. The Natick MB team was truly amazing. They clearly loved the car they were selling me (E63 AMG S), understood what kind of car it was, and respected my choice and desire for wanting to buy the car. My deepest gratitude to Jose Cabrera, Cong Truong, and Jamie McCraken the finance manager. You all did your profession proud in the way you conducted yourselves. I will say that the entire dealership was superb to me, and my children, and it is impossible to remember all your names. I can't thank you all enough for making this such a great experience! I thank you again, and look forward to dealing with you again when my wife goes to purchase her next car. More

Our First Meeting...OUTSTANDING! First Jon Montes was so great to keep me informed. I saw a car that I was looking for but unfortunately it sold before I could purchase it. Then, it suddenly became available, and Jon alerted me right away! I was so excited. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with friendly smiles, and warm handshakes. While we did have an appointment, I had no idea so many strangers would know our names. We were free to look around while our sales representative, Jose Cabrera made copies of our drivers licenses for test drive in a used 2014 (much sought after) 4MATIC wagon with all the wonderful features I have been searching for! His knowledge of the features was as professional as we expected. A disturbing experience I would give this MB dealership a 'no star' rating, if I could. I gave it a good review several years ago and I have always been a loyal customer. But I would give this MB dealership a 'no star' rating, if I could. I gave it a good review several years ago and I have always been a loyal customer. But I will never ever return to this dealership after I took my car to this dealership for service this past Saturday. The night before, on Friday evening, I took my wedding off and left in my car before I went to my gym for my usual boxing class. I did this regularly. But, this time, the next morning I took my car to this MB dealer in Natick for annual car maintenance per request. As I was waiting in the hospitality room, I kept wondering if I should back to my car to retrieve my wedding ring. I couldn't imagine their technician(s) would steal my ring. Big mistake! I didn't think much of my ring until I got home. I began to look for it later and I was shocked and disgusted when I found out my ring was gone! Don't leave any valuable in your car when it is being serviced at this dealership. I find them unapologetic, very dishonest and defensive when I made an inquiry to the manager. I am filing a police report. More

Allow Hi Everyone, I was contacted by your Finance Manager. I have to say, that was one of the worst conversations I've ever had, as a buyer. Allow me to preface this, by saying... I am by no means high maintenance, entitled, or sensitive. I work as a national sales executive. I was greeted with a man who gave cold, short answers.... zero rapport. It actually appeared that he got aggravated that I didn't care my Social Security number in my pocket !!!! What I was looking for, was someone seemed to "care" to work with me. What I got, was someone who literally expressed they didn't care if they got my business or not. The problem? I moved here very recently on an executive work Visa. Obviously, my great credit doesn't carry over into this country. I understand that, and was looking to see if I could find a viable US option for buying a Benz. As in my home country, it would be simple. I've attached a correspondence between myself and Westwood MB. As you can see, that's a "little" more welcoming, and is likely where I'll be taking my business. Thanks, More
Best or Nothing...I got nothing This dealership was something special before Chambers Corporate took over. My Family and I had been going to this dealership for 25 years. Mr. Bentoudja did not want to get me refund on tire warranty. He told no longer refund on tire and wheel warranty if used once. I used it twice and I still got a refund of $1,133.59. Strange I guess. Mr. Bentoudja also talked poorly about me behind my back to sales person. Because I am not purchasing my next car at Mercedes of Natick. Too bad MBUSA wouldn't give your Dealership an allocation of that model. If you need to go to a Finance at Mercedes of Natick Please visit Jamie McCracken. He is a gentleman. The one was able to get me my refund. More
Dishonest service department I got two tires replaced at the service department of Mercedes-Benz of Natick in December 2016. I suspected the tires were defective, so I filed a war I got two tires replaced at the service department of Mercedes-Benz of Natick in December 2016. I suspected the tires were defective, so I filed a warranty claim with the tire manufacturer Pirelli. It was required by Pirelli that for warranty inspections, the dealership send the tires to them. So Mercedes-Benz of Natick sent the tires to Pirelli for inspection. On June 13th, 2017, the Service Director at Mercedes-Benz of Natick, Christian Aylward informed me that "I have received approval for an additional $150.00 toward the 2 Pirelli tires replaced on your 2014 CLA" and I would receive a check for $150. I sent him my home address for the check. On June 22nd, I was told by Christian Aylward that "The check is in the process of being cut. It is approximately a 3 week process to get a check processed through our accounting office and mailed out to a customer.". On July 26th, since I still hadn't received the check, I emailed him again for a status. This time I got an email on July 31st saying "I will be your contact person for this. Let me look into the status and get back to you.". On August 2nd, I emailed again, and replied "I do not have an update of yet. Our accounting office was researching it. I will check with the controller for status and get back to you next week.". Ever since then, they stopped replying to my emails, and I still haven't received the check for $150 they promised. More
Best Experience Ever I cant say enough about the staff at Mercedes Benz of Natick. I was looking for a Certified ML350 for some time. Stopped in and talked with Ned Gompp I cant say enough about the staff at Mercedes Benz of Natick. I was looking for a Certified ML350 for some time. Stopped in and talked with Ned Gompper and JC Cabanos. Long story short ended up driving home with my new ML that day. James McCracken (Finance Manager) helped make it all possible by securing me the financing. Everything was seamless, True professionals. You have to consider this dealership before you go anywhere else and this is coming from someone who has almost 30 years in sales. Great place, Great people. More

I want to ask for a clear, reasonable explanation of why my purchase was denied after the Purchase and Sale agreement was already signed and all the work requested by your dealership was done. I was at Mercedes-Benz of Natick on 7/6 and 7/10 regarding a purchase of the GLS. During my first visit, I had signed the Purchase and Sale agreement right after the price was agreed with your salesman and manager. Per requests, I also immediately put down a non-refundable deposit and provided bank statements for review. I fulfilled every request that the dealership had asked for and all I got at the end was “I can’t sell you the car”? I feel offended by the way I was treated. My time is just as valuable as yours. I took 2 days off from work to come in for this purchase. This is totally unacceptable, unreasonable and unprofessional. It was a terrible experience that I wish to share with everyone and by the way they never like or learn how to reply email so that's is why they choose to ignore you !!! More
