Roadside assistance = great First time ever (in 5+ years across 2 different SUVs) calling to take advantage of the included roadside assistance. I needed to change to the "donut First time ever (in 5+ years across 2 different SUVs) calling to take advantage of the included roadside assistance. I needed to change to the "donut" spare for a flat tire (SUV parked in my driveway), so that I could get the replacement tire installed, but I couldn't budge the lug nuts using the included stubby bar in the in-car kit. Called service, found out that it's not contracted out to AAA or other tow service - it's an actual M-B dealership employee in a white GLE service SUV that comes to you. The M-B service includes a GPS-based tracking website that tells you exactly where the service person is while on his or her way to you. He zipped right over, and had the wheel swap done in like 5 minutes, on a Friday night. Better than expected; definitely softened the blow of having a 5th (!!!) puncture to a Continental 4x4 Contact tire in 2 years. More

We scheduled an appointment and arranged a loaner vehicle, and they thoroughly checked out the issue and got me back on the road. I will definitely go back. More

Buying another car in very short period of time I had bought a brand new 2017 GLE350 with Charles at the end of Yr2016. In early December 2017, I got into a car accidence where my SUV was assessed t I had bought a brand new 2017 GLE350 with Charles at the end of Yr2016. In early December 2017, I got into a car accidence where my SUV was assessed to a "total loss" by the car insurance company in the last week of December. I called Charles that I would like to buy another GLE350, and by the time I walked in, Charles had already located one GLE350 that have almost identical package and options that I had with the damaged SUV. And I am also getting a very good price on this new 2018 GLE 350. Thanks Charles for your help! More
