What really made this a special experience is how well the staff communicated with me, giving me updates and including me in the process of repair. Being female, I have had my fair share of condescending attitudes when it comes to my car needs and repairs, so I really appreciate the staff taking time to explain each step, making me feel confident that I made the right choice when I placed my vehicle into their care.
