I came for 30000 miles check , waited almost 1 hour, 3 staff member ask me same question do you have appointment and everyone respond someone be with you soon. This was my second service visit on a 2020 Sprinter chassis and I'm very pleased. I just went in for a software recall and they found an additional problem and did a thorough software update and radar chassis and I'm very pleased. It was good from the beginning of the service. But when I picked up the car, my car was so dirty without being washed. I requested again, that gentleman took my car to go through car wash process for me . I picked up the car, my car was so dirty without being washed. I made first service appointment online; text reminders were helpful. Nate listened to me about the history of the car. Waiting area was terrific for remote meetings.
