Very poor communication. I made my appointment 7 days later so they can order the part. 2 days after I dropped my vehicle off they texted to ask who ordered my part, they fo I made my appointment 7 days later so they can order the part. 2 days after I dropped my vehicle off they texted to ask who ordered my part, they forgot to order my part, 2 days later they ordered it. Short story an additional 3 weeks later (6 weeks total) they have no idea where the part is or when it will arrive. All I get is a shrug of the shoulders when I go in. They are suppose to call when the part comes in. More
