I bought a BMW 550i, after 2 blown sales of a C63s. Since I pay cash for new cars, I have to rely on investments for timing. During 2016, I thought I had a relationship with the internet/fleet manager. In July 2015, came in to order 2016 C63s w/o stupid bling. I thought we had a deal, after building the car to order. Sales manager intervenes, refuses to take the order, unless I throw on $3k "entertainment pkg". He was fine with me walking out the door, with the remaining $77K in my pocket. I stopped by the fleet mgr's desk, thinking he'd want to save the sale. He didn't try real hard because . . . Month or two later I get an email; "Sales mgr is history.". I replied, that because of the way I was treated, I expected a better price, to compensate me for my time. The fleet mgr quoted $81K (MSRP) or no deal at all. Well, no deal it is. I thoroughly enjoy my 2016 BMW 550i, with M sport pkg. Plus, with 1 button, I can turn off all the Nanny State interference features, that MB requires hoops to jump through, to disable. More

What really made the difference in the end was the client focus, super attentive service, listening to what we needed and offering/suggesting the right car without doing a "hard sell". This is true for Slava, the sales person but also goes for all other people in the dealership we interacted with. Great Experience. Will be on the top of my list for the 2nd car we'll buy More

Kamil was an excellent sales consultant- very calm, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend him and Diana for anyone in the market for a Mercedes. They thought of ways to assist me even before I could. Their sales manager Stan was very professional and helpful. And the personal concierge, Eric, was very knowledgeable and eager to help in teaching me how to use the Mercedes. Overall, it was an incredible experience that I hope others in the market for a top caliber luxury car will share in. More

I ended up buying a used bmw from the dealership in Dec 2013, from what seemed like Grace' first rodeo. She failed to sell me the car at first, but then when my friends battery died at the parking lot as w 2013, from what seemed like Grace' first rodeo. She failed to sell me the car at first, but then when my friends battery died at the parking lot as we were leaving the lot and we had to ask their mechanics for booster cables, the finance manager came out. He gave dropped the price Grace gave us to a much more reasonable amount and thanks to my friends' stalled car, I ended up buying the car from the dealership. Then, the customer service, or lack thereof, started to unravel. First, Grace and the finance manager assured me that they took care of all the paperwork and filed an application for new licence plates for my car (i had just moved to the US and did not have licence plates), so I took off thinking I'll get the plates in the mail in a couple months. Fast forward two months later, I get an engine light in the car and decide to take it back to the dealership for inspection. I called the dealership and left a voicemail asking to call me back with available times to schedule the appointment. The call was never returned. So i ended up taking it to the BMW dealership across the street instead. Fast forward a couple more weeks, its now 2.5 months after buying the car and the plates have yet to arrive in the mail. In the past couple of weeks I also started to get pulled over more frequently by cops asking for my licence plates, as they usually raise an eyebrow when I tell them i bought the car in december and have yet to get the plates in the mail. So I decided to call the dealership and confirm that the application for plates was indeed sent 3 months ago and inquire on the delay. It turned out, they forgot to send the application in December and instead sent me a blank form to fill out and send back to them, to "fix" the situation. Now, i'm expected to wait another month or two until I actually get the plates in the mail. I'm sorry to say this, although not really, but the lack of customer service stinks the entire place, from service to sales. I will never set foot in that place again and I would recommend anyone to do the same, unless you expect to deal with amateur sales associates and crappy customer service. There are better places to take your car for service on Stevens Creek, as well as a better selection of cars. The staff at Beshoff Mercedes was a lot more helpful and responsive when I had to deal with them and would gladly recommend that dealership for new/used cars. More
