My service representative, Charlie Fish, was introduced to me when I bought my car in 2014, and he had assisted me since then. This might be one of the worst dealerships in the country!!! I emailed about a car twice with no response. I then went not the dealer and asked about the car and the lady there at the front deck wait country!!! I emailed about a car twice with no response. I then went not the dealer and asked about the car and the lady there at the front deck waited for me to ask her for someone to help me when I'm standing right in front of her. Then she passes to Bill Infald who is clueless and doesn't know what I'm looking for. I said look I want to see this car you have I'm paying cash so let's make it happen. He goes and looks and then ask someone about the car who told Bill the car just came in and needs some repairs that just got approved and the car will be ready in 3-5 days. I said ok here is my info call, text or email me when it's ready to be shown. He said no problem I'll call you as soon as it's ready. 2 days go by and I get an email from car gurus the car I'm want has been sold!!! How the xxxx do you sell a car 2 days after I was there with cash to buy it and no one called, text, email or even a pigeon would've been better then nothing!!!! I then called twice and emailed Bill twice with no response. Don't waste your time at this dealer they will blow you off and they are not in the business of selling cars and they all sit around with their thumbs up their butt which is basically what I had seen when I walked in this place. Very bad customer service and follow up!!! This is typical of a Mercedes dealership which is why I refuse to ever buy a Mercedes because all the sales people have their head up their own butt and to blind to see real customers. The car I wanted wasn't even a Mercedes it was a used car they just got!! I highly recommend avoiding this dealership unless you like to waste your time and get blown off in return then this is your place!! I'm pretty sure this is an auto nation dealership and if it so this par for the course for them all their dealerships SUCK!!! I think they all go through the same training and maybe bill is the teacher DO NOT GO HERE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! More
Better stay away I've been there for warranty repair. Had to leave the car. They don't even bother to call you with update. I have to call myself at the end of the day just to find out that they don't have part so I should leave the car overnight or come the next morning. They did not even offer the loaner and when I asked for it, told me that if I need one I have to come very early to have a slight chance to get one. Really? The next day they called me that the car is ready but the problem had not be fixed, the car kept rattling. And to make my experience even worse, after long wait the girl who should bring the car was to lazy, just pointed the car location at their lot, tossed the keys, and offered to get it myself. Actually I might expect such service. I bought the car at the same dealership several month ago. The new Mercedes was not cleaned properly, they didn't even bother to check tire pressure More

I'm currently trying to buy a Mercedes-Benz after I leased a GLA through them for the past 3 years. The level of neglect that I'm experiencing is unbelievable. Mark Arnold should consider another career. His attitudes are so challenging that I must consider buying somewhere else... I tried to report the matter to his manager, Jack Corkrean, but he is never available. More
