My experience with the dealership has been excellent for over ten weeks with 2 different cars. However, after my most recent visit, when I found out that my 2015 GLK350 was now a junker after only 110,000 over ten weeks with 2 different cars. However, after my most recent visit, when I found out that my 2015 GLK350 was now a junker after only 110,000 miles of service , requiring total replacement of the transmission, I have been quite dissatisfied with MB, and to an extent, with the dealership, There has been no proactive action to assist in seeking some some accommodation by regional or corporate MB - just “here is the number you can call”, after I requested such on my own. I will be replacing the car in the next 2 weeks (before our next drive to our second home at Lake Tahoe) and for the first time in a long time, will seriously look at other possible options to a newer GLC. More

I recently took my C300 in for service. I thought I would need new brakes and service for coolant liquid. Despite a huge backlog, my long time service representative Susan was able to assig I thought I would need new brakes and service for coolant liquid. Despite a huge backlog, my long time service representative Susan was able to assign me a loaner vehicle. The whole process was quite smooth despite the long line of folks needing service that day. The person who gave me the rental car should also get kudos for customer service. Susan informed me later in the afternoon that the brakes were good and the coolant had been topped off. I really appreciate the honest feedback and prompt support. I will definitely go back to Susan and Autonation for my future service needs. More

She is adept at building the sale but dealership. She has earned my loyalty by providing an exceptional experience every time I have a service need. She is adept at building the sale but always frames her recommendations in an advocacy position that fosters deliberation and customer empowerment to make an informed decision. I often conform to Susan’s recommendations and never feel I have been sold. There are many capable European auto alternatives for service that are much cheaper than the dealership. I choose to stick with Stevens Creek because there is zero risk on the workmanship and the interaction with Susan is always efficient, effective, and indicative of the highest standard in the customer service realm.
