I had no problem during this experience with service. John Stansberry was helpful and I do appreciate the online payment system. What could use some improvement is the pickup process. My experience with the dealership has been excellent for over ten weeks with 2 different cars. However, after my most recent visit, when I found out that my 2015 GLK350 was now a junker after only 110,000 over ten weeks with 2 different cars. However, after my most recent visit, when I found out that my 2015 GLK350 was now a junker after only 110,000 miles of service , requiring total replacement of the transmission, I have been quite dissatisfied with MB, and to an extent, with the dealership, There has been no proactive action to assist in seeking some some accommodation by regional or corporate MB - just “here is the number you can call”, after I requested such on my own. I will be replacing the car in the next 2 weeks (before our next drive to our second home at Lake Tahoe) and for the first time in a long time, will seriously look at other possible options to a newer GLC. More
