I was Miss informed when purchasing my vehicle that certain upgrades were available, when they actually were not compatible with the model I purchased. I had a horrible experiment having the maintenance with them. I have been receiving "radar sensor dirty" message, after doing the examination they claimed it was damaged by external impact and charge me $2 them. I have been receiving "radar sensor dirty" message, after doing the examination they claimed it was damaged by external impact and charge me $2000 for the repair. I was under warranty coverage but they refuse to go through under warranty while there was absolutely no sign of external impact of the sensor. I argued with moth the advisor and the manager, they were both refused to provide the detailed diagnose of the damage and didn't want to even try to have the file the warranty claim. Really disappointed with this service and will never come back again. More

I had no problem during this experience with service. John Stansberry was helpful and I do appreciate the online payment system. What could use some improvement is the pickup process.
