On October 5th, 2021 I went in the Stevens Creek Mercedes Benz dealership. I inquired on getting a vehicle. I ended up finding a pre-owned 2018 GLE 350. I signed a contract and was told to come back and pick Benz dealership. I inquired on getting a vehicle. I ended up finding a pre-owned 2018 GLE 350. I signed a contract and was told to come back and pick the car up in a few days after the car was serviced. I signed that day and was told my payment was going to be $686.13. I signed the Docusign agreement not adding on any additional options except for gap insurance. On Friday October 8th, 2021 I was called from the finance manager Masee. I was asked to come back and resign a new lease. I was not able to make it until Wednesday October 13, 2021. When I got there I was rushing as I had my baby with me. He had me sign a contract saying something went wrong and he found me a better interest rate. I thought it was weird that I had to resign, as I have never done this before purchasing my other vehicles. Little did I know, I get my car note bill 2 months later and my payment went up to 869.19! I Thought to myself how did this happen! So I call Wells Fargo and they told me that 6 Items were added to the contract totaling about 10,000 in additional fees. I have reached out to Kevin the manager of the entire store. I flew in from out of state since I have moved and he told me that he would reassure me that he would get it fixed and reversed. I have reached out to him over 22 times from when I found out and he still has not kept his word. They have scammed me and are not only having me pay over 200 a month then I agreed to, but are not responding to my request. I am requesting my 10,000 back in unauthorized charges. I am also requesting back 2,000 for additional interest that im paying due to this fraud. I am also requesting 5,021 for damages back for travel expense, headaches, and stress in this matter. More

There are closer authorized dealers for service where I live, but I drive the extra distance because after years of owning Mercedes automobiles, I know John is the gold standard in his field. More
