I called (408) 641-4610 at 10/14/22 at 11:19am and asked for the general manager. I was told the general manager was not in the office, so I asked for a callback. About an hour later I did receive a call back from the general manager. I explained my concerns. He will have the service manager contact me.

I received a voice mail from the service manager (Charlie) on 10/14/22 at 7:30 pm. I called him back the next day. Upon discussion, he informed me that he would issue a refund to the credit card I used for the loaner. 4 days later (10/18/22) I still didn’t see the refund in my credit card account, so I called his office and found out he is on vacation from 10/18 to 12/28. I hope someone in the dealership can process the refund because he may have forgotten it when he comes back from vacation.
