My S550 battery died while in my garage. I was so pleased that MB Stevens Creek responded to my dilemma and as soon as they had staff available they sent out someone with a new battery insta I was so pleased that MB Stevens Creek responded to my dilemma and as soon as they had staff available they sent out someone with a new battery installed it right in my garage (and these batteries for S Class are so huge as well as buried in the trunk so it wasn’t easy getting to it. The job was very neatly and professionally completed. I wasn’t even contacted until a day or two later for payment and getting my invoice. This is not the first time I’ve been impressed with the level and quality of service that I’ve experienced. Can’t recommend this dealership more! More

Sales rep was fast talking and intent on the upsell, then was not able to explain reason behind recent three year gap in CarFax service records for selected car. In his followup email, he was curt even rude when asked for correct owners manual (one provided was for different model). His reply was what you got is it, go online if you want the correct car model manual. Professionalism declined after cash was paid for car, transaction complete. Very transactional, not relationship focused, even as we are 4 time Mercedes purchasers. More
