​I texted to ask her a few questions about the trunk adjustment service being performed on my car. If she was busy or didn't know how she had to transfer my call with the technician who is servicing my car. She asked me to drive back to the dealer for a one-minute adjustment. This was inconvenient and costly. Do you think I should have a reimbursement for my 2 hours of time off from work?
