Car was taken on Thu and left unattended for 4 days but was told stories about how long it was taking to diagnose my problem. Then car was returned as fixed but when I took home, the check engine light cam was told stories about how long it was taking to diagnose my problem. Then car was returned as fixed but when I took home, the check engine light came back again. When I was taking my car back, another customer also came saying they returned her car without fixing the problem. This shop has gone down significantly over past few years. I would rate them D. More

Me and wife visited on our anniversary and walked out of the dealership with a new 2023 GLC 300 in about 3 hours. Cody was very patient to answer all our questions and let us experience the new features in the car. He is very informative and gave us good vibes which is very important during the buying process.
