I explained the situation to Erica, who calmly said "no problem we will take care of you". She went above and beyond, providing me with a same day - "emergency appointment " along with a loaner vehicle. Keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle, as it was repaired. And eventually going to bat for me when a small issue arose. Erica is the service rep you want to request if your going to this dealership! More

The car has numerous and serious problems. Most instance, the repair appear to be keep updating the software. Every software update since I purchased the car has made things worse and new prob Most instance, the repair appear to be keep updating the software. Every software update since I purchased the car has made things worse and new problems arise. I'm a former hardware, systems engineer with embedded software and software background. It appears there are some hardware is hitting some boundary conditions from time to time and repairs purely with software is pushing the problem down the road. If it is not this, then this car may have a larger systematic problem. Every time I get a loaner, I have to take time away from work and pay for gas. The "Comments" on the last receipt from the last repair states that there were no pictures for the problems I sent. I sent tons of pictures over the past 2 to 3 months. I don't know if that is a template wording but this is not accurate. More
First time coming to this dealership after having purchased my car at another location. My service advisor, Trevor Dehart, was so kind and thoughtful and took the time to discuss what my issue was an purchased my car at another location. My service advisor, Trevor Dehart, was so kind and thoughtful and took the time to discuss what my issue was and make sure that he understood it fully to relay to the mechanics. My car was fixed and ready that weekendl. Unfortunately I got a flat tire on my drive home and there were no available appointments online until a week later. I emailed Trevor explaining the situation and he told me to come in the next day and he'd take care of it which he did! Highly recommend and Stevens Creek Mercedes will be my location from now on. There are too few employees handling service drop off and pick up making it 45 minutes to drop off with an appointment and those employees are stressed and can be (perhaps understandably) rude and short with pick up making it 45 minutes to drop off with an appointment and those employees are stressed and can be (perhaps understandably) rude and short with customers. The fact that the wait for an appointment with a loaner car was weeks should have been a tip off. Pick up was a disaster - what was discussed with my service representative was not relayed to the employees handling the pick up creating unnecessary delay and needless frustration - I was told by those employees that the service reps never relay information to them. If that’s the case, how are customers to know that until it’s too late and why is that the case? Not a good look and definitely not the service level expected from a Mercedes dealer. More
