I have used this dealer since owning are last car the people are great. The work done is questionable, two times out of three the car went in and I was called to pick it up and it still had issues. The last one was an emissions modification and when I got in the car the dash was lit up like a Christmas tree all brake lights out and so on. So another loaner car and no word from dealing in two days. I like all the people I deal with but the quality of the techs is horrible! More

Manager of this dealership was unprofessional, rude and arrogant when I pointed out that my order was messed up .The facts are I did not order two skylights, cheap, seats, tow hitch was missing, and other . I believe they made my van cheaper with attempt they can sell it , if I cancel my special order. I waited I believe more than year for them .to made my van and they failed. The financial and my sell person was pleasant to work with. I paid about $10 000 for service but when the “ engine fails” I have to wait for more than three week for to have my van service when I called I got excuses but I was offer to drop the car. The supervisor did not even return phone call . I believe the production of sprinter van from USA is poor, defective with a lot of recalls. I believe I got a lemon and very bad experience from Mercedes Benz of Steven Creak of Santa Clara . I am convinced that they do not care for customer as they should . I was expecting luxury car, well built to my specifications and to receive excellent, top notch service but I was wrong. More
