I'm very disappointed with the service at Stevens Creek Mercedes Benz. I received two recall phone calls. Requesting for me to come in for a unspecified recall. The representative can either tell me wha Mercedes Benz. I received two recall phone calls. Requesting for me to come in for a unspecified recall. The representative can either tell me what the purpose of the recall was nor the amount of time it would take to fix. They scheduled me for an 8:45 AM maintenance appointment to rectify the recall issue on August 28, 2023. Upon arrival I found out there was no appointment scheduled for me, and found out there was a software update. This shows an incredible amount of lack of coordination and was a complete waste of my time. More

Brought the car in for a safety recall item. Set the appointment over the phone. Service representative met with me soon after I pulled the car into the service bay. I recently did my Mercedes car service at Stevens creek, it was great all staff were very polite and kind, car dropOff and pick up was easy, you don’t have yo wait for long time like other car dealers servi it was great all staff were very polite and kind, car dropOff and pick up was easy, you don’t have yo wait for long time like other car dealers service. My Service Advisor is good. But.... their communications are terrible. They don't answer phones. For this visit their computer was down and so they left me in the service lin But.... their communications are terrible. They don't answer phones. For this visit their computer was down and so they left me in the service line They told me a dozen times that i needed a recall but after bringing the car in they said i didn't need it. They told me tat the recall would take 90 minutes but they kept the call all day and did nothing. They can't fix my electric charge flap or my passenger door handle. On a previous visit it took 45 minutes for them to find my car. It's abysmal. More
