Several of them were newer with lower mileage at about the same price as the Mercedes E350 we eventually purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Maplewood. We were convinced of the workmanship and dependability of Mercedes-Benz autos and were totally pleased with the car buying experience. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with no excess sales pressure. We recommend this dealership to anyone interested in the purchase of a luxury auto. More

He went at length to find the right vehicle for me, which he was able to find. I called him first and told him what I was looking for, and when I arrived at the dealership, we walked out to the lot and immediately found the car that I wanted. This is our third Mercedes that we have purchased from this dealership and have had nothing but the very best from them, be that it was to purchase a car, or bring it in for servicing. The purchasing experience was great and the sale in December 2013 was phenomenal. No issues with the dealership or the service department who have all been great to work with. We love the car with th December 2013 was phenomenal. No issues with the dealership or the service department who have all been great to work with. We love the car with the exception of the key issue we've experienced since purchasing the car 7 weeks ago. It is a known issue that Mercedes engineers are working on but it is an annoyance nonetheless. They need to figure this out ASAP and issue the new keys immediately. Having the car chirp at you that the key is not recognized when it is in your pocket is unacceptable for any car…especially a luxury brand. At one point the car wouldn't start via the Keyless go system so my wife had to pop the push button off and insert the key in order to start the car. Not the end of the world, but unacceptable for any vehicle and especially for the totally loaded ML 350. I hope Mercedes figures this out soon and better do something for the owners that have experienced this issue or they risk losing repeat customers. In closing, the people Mercedes of Maplewood are wonderful as the buying experience was the best I've ever had and the service department has been very helpful relative to the key issue. Love the vehicle with the exception of the issue detailed above. More

This was our first experience with Mercedes and Bill and Michael took much time with us showing us and test driving a 2014 E350.
