This is my 3rd C-300 I have purchased at this dealership and I am amazed how quickly the process is handled there. The service department is amazing on how they deal with helping to service my vehicle and work to get me a loaner on short notice, I drive quite a few miles for work, and cannot afford not to be without a vehicle. Tony Albert is my service rep and he is outstanding. Rob and Bob in service make it a seamless process for service if Tony happens to out when I bring my car in or pick it up. They are the reason I have stayed with Mercedes of Maplewood for my car buying. The salesperson I dealt with on the last 2 cars has been Brian Gottschalk and I am impressed with his professionalism and ability to make a deal happen. I had briefly spoken with Brian about trading cars a few weeks ago and when I came for some service related issue I saw him again and asked about possible vehicles and he had just the one I wanted.
