She really know Mercedes. Kim made sure she kept me aware of the status of my vehicle, since I had ordered the car. She took pictures of my vehicle when it was first taken off the transport. She thoroughly went over things with me on the day I picked up the car, she has since followed up with me several times , regarding how I liked the car and if there were any problems. Kim made me feel as though I was the most important person in the world and that her number one job, was to make sure I had the best car buying experience ever. and I did.
